The Webley Revolver (also known as the Webley Break-Top Revolver or Webley Self-Extracting Revolver) was, in various marks, the standard issue service pistol for the armed forces of the United Kingdom, the British Empire, and the Commonwealth from 1887 until 1963. The Webley is a top-break revolver with automatic extraction. That is, breaking the revolver open for reloading also operates the extractor. This removes the spent cartridges from the cylinder.
One of John's well-used firearm weapon, he brought a webley revolver from a black marketeer due to British gun laws. John uses it during his confrontation with the serial killer Family Man. Where John successfully guns down the murderer several times and kills him.
In R.S.V.P., the revolver was retconned as a side-action than a break-top revolver like a traditional Webley. John gets rid of the revolver together with the Ace of Winchesters in a warehouse he subsequently burns, as a way to cut his ties from his magical life after the demise of his sister.
